Forest Bathing at Morden Hall Park

I will guide you and the rest of the group through a mindful and sensory exploration (including some breathwork and meditation) in the lovely urban oasis that is Morden Hall Park National Trust to unearth some of these wellbeing benefits for you.
Developed in Japan in the 1980s, scientific evidence has shown Forest Bathing can contribute to modern day wellbeing. We are privileged to have the garden exclusively to ourselves for the first hour before it opens to public access. Please join me for a relaxing finish to your weekend and to set you up for the week ahead..
Forest Bathing will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie-on (e.g. Yoga Mat or a blanket)
