Nigel Grimes – Certified Forest Bathing Guide & Wellbeing Coach
Nigel Grimes has spent a lifetime connected to nature, particularly woodlands. Growing up near Richmond Park in Kingston Upon Thames and exploring Bushy Park, Wimbledon Common and forests across Surrey, he developed a deep appreciation for the calming and restorative effects of time outdoors. After experiencing Forest Bathing himself at Kew Gardens, Nigel trained with The Forest Bathing Institute and now shares these mindful nature experiences with individuals, groups, and organizations. Combining Forest Bathing with his other qualifications across mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques and life coaching, Nigel helps people reduce stress, enhance wellbeing and reconnect with nature.
